About the Role
We're looking for a fast, highly organized, and detail oriented chef who takes pride in execution. This role will lead menu development, oversee kitchen operations, build scalable systems, and work closely with the founders on collaborations with restaurants and brands as Roll Over continues to grow.
Requirements
2–5+ years of kitchen experience, preferably in Korean cuisine
Strong understanding of cooking techniques, ingredient preparation, and kitchen operations
Proven leadership and team coordination abilities
Ability to develop recipes, improve systems, and maintain operational consistency
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills
Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
A passion for hospitality, continuous improvement, and building something from the ground up
While entirely optional, a willingness to appear in or support social media content is a plus
